I am a wife and stay-at-home mom to two toddlers, which you will see featured in the Shutterbug Designs Gallery. Prior to starting a family, I attended Eastern Illinois University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

My passion for photography began when my husband bought me my first "real" camera as a gift when I graduated high school. It was then that I began to see things differently. It caused me to slow down and take a closer look, to see the beauty in everyday things. Once I had children, this passion really began to bloom. We all know how quickly time passes. I love to look back at the little moments I have captured along the way and then I remember the stories that go along with these precious images.

I offer two ways to "make your moments last a lifetime." First of all, I offer photography services. Everything is on-location, meaning that you choose the place. I don't expect you to come here, sit on a table, and say cheese. I do my best to provide a relaxed atmosphere and attempt to capture your "true self." My strategy is to play and make things fun. Doing so captures your true spirit. You can choose an outdoor location or ask me for suggestions for some great settings. I also have a portable studio that I can bring to your home, if you would like professional studio photos.

In addition to photography, I offer design services. This idea was born after I encountered many people who said "I don't have time" or "I'm not creative enough" when talking about doing something special with their photos. My scrapbook service turns your photos into a time capsule, allowing you to remember the details years from now.
